In keeping with the philosophy that agents are partners and stakeholders in the success of the business, Keller Williams Realty has created a distinct profit sharing program in which approximately 50 percent of every market center’s profits every month are returned to those who have contributed to a market center’s growth by attracting productive associates to the office. To date, 14 Keller Williams associates have earned more than $1 million in profit share and fully 23,769 associates are participating in the profit share program.

KW Cares

The charitable aspect is important to us since Keller Williams Realty is big on giving back to the community.  In 2003, Keller Williams Realty International created KW Cares, a nonprofit organization.  This agency provides support for Keller Williams Realty associates who are facing financial burdens due to tragic emergencies.

Red Day (Renew, Energize, and Donate)

Red day is an annual event in which we and all the other offices participate.  It is held the second Tuesday in May.  Each office has the ability to choose its own project and how they want to give back to the community.  In the past, we have cleaned up school parks or donated our time at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma.  In this event, all associates show their culture, dedication and commitment to honor Mo Anderson, vice chairman of the board, Keller Williams Realty who created Red Day.
